Mr. Weber has worked almost exclusively in the field of Bankruptcy for nearly 30 years, first as a paralegal starting in 1985 and then as a California licensed attorney since 1998. Although his experience is primarily in Bankruptcy, he has developed a diverse background in other areas such as Family Law, Evictions, and Civil Litigation.
He has worked for small and large law firms in the past and has represented Debtors and Creditors in Bankruptcy, including many of the major well-known mortgage lenders and loan servicers, as well as Foreclosure Trustee companies. He was also Vice President and Associate Counsel for a national title company.
In starting his own law practice, Mr. Weber's philosophy is to focus on the needs of the client, and to devote his personal attention to their legal matters to ensure quality representation. He remains personally accessible to clients and pledges to put his many years of education and experience to work for the client to bring about the most favorable results possible.

Mrs. Wells is a Southern California native and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and Chapman University School of Law. Mrs. Wells has experience in both Federal and State Court matters throughout the State. Having come from a large firm representing the nation’s largest lenders and loan servicers, Mrs. Wells has experience representing both Creditors and Debtors in Bankruptcy. In addition, Mrs. Wells has evolved her practice into other matters such as Family Law and Civil Litigation. She takes tremendous pride in her work and zealous representation and remains dedicated and accessible to her clients' needs and legal goals.

KEENAN E. MCCLENAHAN

Keenan was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990 after graduating third in his class at Western State University, College of Law, in Fullerton. He started out working for two years as a law clerk and legal research attorney in the civil and unlawful detainer departments of the downtown Los Angeles Municipal Court. Since then, he has represented mortgage lenders and servicers for over twenty years. His extensive experience includes post-foreclosure evictions, judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, collections, wrongful foreclosure litigation defense and surplus funds. He has made unnumerable appearances for landlords and property owners, large and small.
Keenan is dedicated to giving professional and personal service to clients and takes pride in providing quality legal representation. Besides being licensed to practice in California, he is also admitted to all the United States District Courts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Keenan also holds a California Real Estate Salesperson's license.
