Moved to California in 1984.

Mr. Weber has worked almost exclusively in the field of Bankruptcy for nearly 40 years, first as a paralegal starting in 1985 and then as a California licensed attorney since 1998.  Although his experience is primarily in Bankruptcy, he has developed a diverse background in other areas such as Family Law, Evictions, Civil Litigation, Mortgage and Real Estate.

He has worked for small and large law firms in the past and has represented Debtors and Creditors in Bankruptcy, including many of the major well-known mortgage lenders and loan servicers, as well as Foreclosure Trustee companies.  He was also Vice President and Associate Counsel for a national title company.

In starting his own law practice, Mr. Weber's philosophy is to focus on the needs of the client, and to devote his personal attention to their legal matters to ensure quality representation.  He remains personally accessible to clients and pledges to put his many years of education and experience to work for the client to bring about the most favorable results possible.

In expanding the practice into the field of California Real Estate, the firm can provide additional services to clients whether buying, selling, investing, or managing real property.
